 My employees are always asking for more money! Can this stop?

Wouldn't everyone enjoy more income!? Good news, this problem can be corrected! If they keep asking it's a signal that the compensation and employee development path isn't clear. You need to clearly document and train the team on what it takes to grow within your organization. A good rule of thumb is pay your employees market rate and incentivize company goals.

My employees don't have ownership, I'm always pushing! Can it be changed?

Each team has its own motivators and history. I believe every team member should have ownership mentality of their role and the company. Lack of ownership often is due to leaderships management process of the team.

I never know how much profit I have till months later. Is that normal?

No that's not normal and we need to fix that! Having visibility on earnings and cost is critical to make decisions before a financial crisis occurs. We could build sales forecasting and operating cost estimators to provide you the visibility required to control your business.

How much is this going to cost me? Will you take a percentage of my business?

The fee is billed by the hour and a quote will be provided that outlines project scope and estimated cost. Other consultants ask for a percentage of your business or profits for their services but this is not how we operate. We believe in our customers keeping the rewards and calling us back for more projects.

How long does it take to see results?

Number of customers and sales cycle dictate how quickly you will see results in many areas of your business. Long sales cycles take time to reveal the fruit of your changes. Efficiency yields results immediately and the savings grow each day.
